DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes, off-island areas such as Pulau Ubin, Khusu Island, Pulau Tekong, military and other restricted locations in Singapore. Restricted locations include, but not limited to, Changi Airport, Changi Air Freight Centre, Military Camps and Protected Areas, Prisons, PSA Terminal Wharves, Jurong Island, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Any delivery fees, charges and/or other expenses paid for failed deliveries to such restricted locations will not be refundable.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International deliveries will be shipped via FEDEX or USPS. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. A range of cost-effective shipping options will be provided. Estimated delivery timeframes for each option will depend on the shipping option selected.

DELIVERY FAILURES
Our delivery agent generally makes 2 attempts at delivery. In the event of failed deliveries as a result of the recipient not receiving the package, incorrect or incomplete delivery address, deliveries to restricted areas, any delivery fees, charges and/or other expenses paid will not be refundable.
