HOW DO I CREATE OR REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT?

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No. If you do not wish to create or register an account with us, you may simply select GUEST CHECKOUT upon placing your order.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Select the item you would like to order and choose the quantity required and add the items to your shopping cart. If there are options such as SIZE, select your preferred option before adding to cart. Once you have checked the details of your order, proceed to CHECKOUT. You will be taken through the checkout process step by step and your order will be processed.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE NATURAL CO. HAS RECEIVED MY ORDER?
You will receive an acknowledgement email that your order has been received. If you do not receive an acknowledgement email by the next working day, it may mean that we have not received your order (please check that the email has not been sent to the junk folder).
You may login into your Account to check if your order has been successfully placed. If not, you will need to place a new order. Alternatively, you may contact us at contact@thenatural-co.com for assistance.
HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You may login to your account and click on ‘My Orders’ where the details and status of your order will be reflected. Please note that this service is only available for members who have registered for an account. You will not be able to view these details if you have opted for guest checkout.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Tracking details and instructions on how you may track your shipment will be provided together with your shipment notification.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal.
WHAT CURRENCIES ARE ACCEPTED AT THE NATURAL CO.?
We currently only accept Singapore dollars.
HOW DO I CANCEL/AMEND AN ORDER?
You may cancel/amend your order at any time before submitting your order at checkout. We regret to inform you that an order may not be amended or cancelled once it has been placed. Therefore, we would advise that you check your order details carefully before submitting your order. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further details.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?
Delivery rates are calculated on a flat-rate basis. Delivery rates will be S$10 for orders below S$120 after discounts or vouchers are applied. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns for further details.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER TO ENJOY FREE DELIVERY?
Free delivery is provided for orders of S$120 or more after discounts or vouchers are applied (Singapore ONLY).

With standard delivery, we will endeavour to deliver your order approximately within 5 – 7 working days from the day you place your order. Orders placed and acknowledged by 1500hrs (GMT+8) on a working day will be processed on the same day. Orders placed and acknowledged after 1500hrs (GMT+8) will be processed on the next working day.

Yes. With express delivery, we will endeavour to deliver your order approximately within 3 – 5 working days from the day you place your order. WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING DAYS?
Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays and do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
WHERE DOES THE NATURAL CO. SHIP TO?
We are able to deliver to most locations within the main island of the Republic of Singapore (including Sentosa Island) except for restricted areas.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF A FAILED DELIVERY?
Our delivery agent generally makes 2 attempts at delivery. The delivery agent will attempt to contact the recipient by phone, email or SMS. If you fail to receive the package after the delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us and you will be responsible to pay for the attempted delivery, return charges and any other expenses, costs delivery charges for redelivery.

The Natural Co. ships to over 150 destinations.

International orders will be shipped via FedEx or USPS.

You will be provided with a range of shipping options at checkout with the estimated delivery timeframes for each option. The delivery timeframe for your order will depend on the shipping option selected.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES/TAXES TO BE PAID?
